Sing with an open heart. Welcome in the Divine.

Dance with abandon. Step lightly blithely happily with trust and playfulness. Know you are protected, safe, beautiful in spirit and soul.

Touch others with your light. Let them in and savor the flame lit with each encounter.

Taste each moment – roll it on your tongue, breath it into your lungs deeply, saturate yourself with the nectar of gardenias, spice of rosemary peppermint kumquat lemon, take in brilliant red orange red pink red green yellow blue crystal clear colors with your eyes; let your skin tingle with soft rough smooth texture tintilating petals.

Fill your ears with birdsong, children’s laughter, babies cooing, blowers blowing, traffic roaring, the sea folding in and out.

Live. Love. Hope. Dream. Awaken. Cry. Laugh. Liberate your soul.

Squeeze every drop bump tear sorrow sweetness bliss from every moment you are blessed to experience. Worship your Self. Kneel to your Self. God dwells within You as You and starlight, moonlight, candlelight, sunlight, eyesight, child light, grace light.

And be grateful.
